Custom Logo Embroidery on Pants | Bespoke Design Process by Marvil Embroidery Singapore

At Marvil Embroidery, every custom embroidery project tells a story—and these bespoke pants were one of my most challenging and rewarding creations. My client, a chiropractic doctor, had a very clear vision for his personalized clothing, and I wanted to ensure the final result matched exactly what he imagined.

I began with a test design on a separate fabric panel so I could experiment with logo placement, proportion, and structure. This step is essential in embroidered apparel, especially when working with bold branding or logo embroidery. But when I overlaid the first test on the pants, it didn’t have the strong visual impact the client expected.

So I went back to adjust the size, refine the structure, and rethink the proportions. Custom work often involves patience, precision, and problem-solving—especially in high-detail bespoke design. After several revisions, the logo finally looked powerful, balanced, and perfectly scaled.

When my client saw the improved version—bigger, cleaner, and exactly aligned with his vision—he was genuinely thrilled.
